文中系统阐述中药注射剂在使用中的不良反应及可能原因,综述了中药注射剂的临床应用现状、存在的问题及改进途径。提出应尽可能有效地避免和减少不良反应的发生,以确保临床用药安全、有效、经济,以扬长取短,发挥其不同于化学药的特殊功效。若能解决定向、定量、安全、稳定等方面的问题,中药注射剂将具有良好的发展前途。
This article systematically expounded the adverse reactions and possible causes of traditional Chinese medicine injections, and summarized the clinical application status, existing problems and ways to improve the traditional Chinese medicine injections. It is suggested that the occurrence of adverse reactions should be avoided and reduced as much as possible so as to ensure the safe, effective and economical clinical use of drugs in order to take advantage of the special effects of chemical drugs. If we can solve the orientation, quantitative, safety, stability and other issues, Chinese medicine injection will have a good future.
