水平井完井在正常情况下,通过诱喷工艺直接进行试采.但是,在完井全过程中,由于工程和地质上原因达不到筛管完井效果.CHHW**井钻井完井后,垂直井段固井时,因封堵工具失封,水平段割缝筛管全部被水泥封固;M**井在钻井过程由于钻井污染,采用筛管完井后无产液输出,由于是微缝筛管,无法实施酸化压裂.论文介绍了以上2口水平井采用内定向射孔成功做法:阐述了根据水平段不同筛管完井条件,通过地面模拟试验,采用正确的射孔工艺,完成射孔施工方案设计,实施现场射孔完井作业.CHHW**井射孔后平均日产原油60多吨;M**井射孔后平均日产液量48m3.达到了射孔完井效果的目的.为国内外在类似完井条件下实施射孔作业提供借鉴.
