采用文献资料法,以高等学校体育社会服务职能为研究对象,主要研究高校体育社会服务职能的发展向度与原则,以期高校体育的社会服务职能更快地进入“共时态”压缩的历史轨迹当中。研究认为,受传统教学中心主义和科研评价体系的影响,高等学校的社会服务职能一直处于弱化地位,其体育的社会服务职能更显贫瘠。随着我国全民健身与高校应用型人才培养战略的实施,高校体育的社会服务职能应实现质的突破,甚至更快地进入“共时态”压缩的历史轨迹当中。研究提出,高等学校的体育社会服务职能应至少在四个向度上做出新的努力和尝试,即体育课程服务模式、社区体育服务模式、体育场馆服务模式和社会力量介入模式。当然,在这一发展向度过程中,还应遵从基本的原则设计,即落实政策权威顶层设计、组织决定化解主体冲突、政策监控落实公共行为及内容选择打造“智力导向”等。
By using the method of literature and information, taking the social service function of PE in colleges and universities as the research object, this paper mainly studies the development orientation and principle of PE service function in colleges and universities so that the social service function of PE in colleges and universities can enter the “synchronicity” compression Among the historical tracks. According to the research, under the influence of traditional teaching-centrism and scientific research appraisal system, the social service function of colleges and universities has been weakened, and its social service function of sports is even more barren. With the implementation of our nationwide fitness program and the training strategy of applied talents in colleges and universities, the social service function of college sports should achieve a qualitative breakthrough and even enter the historical track of “total-temporal” compression. The research suggests that new functions and attempts should be made in sports social service functions in colleges and universities, at least in four dimensions: physical education curriculum service mode, community sports service mode, stadium service mode and social power intervention mode. Of course, in this process of development, we should follow the basic principles of design, that is, to implement the top-level design of the authority of the policy, organize the decision to resolve the subject conflicts, monitor the implementation of the public policies and contents, and create the “intellectual guidance”.
