本文针对未成年人社会化过程中所存在的问题进行了分析,总结出问题所在,即:父母期望高,孩子压力大;情感功能突出,亲情富余;重智轻德,忽视全面发展。并针对性地提出了相应对策:保持适宜的教育期望、理智施爱;树立正确的人才观,促进未成年人全面发展;坚持民主平等,理解尊重未成年人的人格。 This article analyzes the problems existing in the process of socialization of minors, and summarizes the problems, namely: high expectations of parents, children pressure; outstanding emotional function, relatives spare; emphasis on intellectuals and morality, neglect of all-round development. And put forward corresponding countermeasures in a targeted manner: to maintain appropriate educational expectations, rationally and love; to establish a correct view of talent, to promote the all-round development of minors; to adhere to democratic equality and to understand and respect the minors’ personality.
