目的应用胎儿标本MR图像观察14~40周胎儿小脑结构发育情况。方法 87例无中枢神经系统疾病的胎儿,孕龄为14~40周,行3.0T磁共振扫描,根据所得横矢冠图像分析小脑各结构发育情况。结果 T2WI图像观察可见各结构出现时间不同:16周时可见齿状核,17周时被盖-小脑蚓角闭合,20周时原裂出现,22周时锥体前裂,第四脑室显示清晰,24周时次裂,后外侧裂出现。孕晚期,小脑体积增长迅速,前后叶比例由大变小。结论 3.0T磁共振图像可以较清晰地显示孕中后期胎儿小脑各结构的发育情况,以此为依据可为临床宫内胎儿小脑发育状况的诊断与评估提供解剖和影像学依据。
Objective To observe the fetal cerebellum structure in 14 ~ 40 weeks by using MR images of fetal specimens. Methods Totally 87 fetuses with no central nervous system disease were enrolled in this study. Their gestational age ranged from 14 to 40 weeks. The magnetic resonance imaging was performed on 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging. Results The T2WI images revealed different appearances of the dentate nuclei. The dentate nucleus was seen at 16 weeks, closed at the lidocautic angle at 17 weeks, ruptured at 20 weeks, anterior cleft at 4th week, Weeks and times fissure, posterior lateral fissure appears. Third trimester of pregnancy, cerebellar volume increased rapidly, the proportion of anterior and posterior leaves from large to small. Conclusion 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging can clearly show the development of fetal cerebellum during the second trimester of pregnancy. Based on this, it can provide anatomic and imaging evidences for the diagnosis and assessment of intrauterine fetal cerebellum development.
