目的探讨乳腺癌复发因素。方法回顾性分析1994～2003年115例乳腺癌治疗后的复发情况。结果总复发率13.0%(115/882),2年内复发占70%(80/115)。复发以Ⅲ、Ⅳ期居多,分别占43.4%(50/115)、28.3%(32/115)。结论乳腺癌早期治疗能较好的预防复发,经典根治术对延长复发有一定的意义。 Objective To investigate the recurrence of breast cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 115 cases of breast cancer recurrence after 1994 ~ 2003. Results The total recurrence rate was 13.0% (115/882), 70% (80/115) in 2 years. Recurrences were mostly in stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ, accounting for 43.4% (50/115) and 28.3% (32/115), respectively. Conclusion Early treatment of breast cancer can better prevent recurrence, classic radical surgery to extend the recurrence of a certain significance.
