以间接免疫荧光法检测小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,来观察免疫功能增强仪照射对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果发现免疫抑制加用免疫功能增强仪照射组(G_1)与单纯免疫抑制组(G_3)间在Thy_1(总T)、L_3T_4/LYT_2(Th/Ts)比值及L_3T_4(Th)方面均有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),经过照射的小鼠胸腺、脾脏明显重于单纯免疫抑制组。而对正常小鼠的免疫功能无明显影响。说明免疫功能增强仪可提高免疫抑制机体的免疫功能,有可能应用于临床。
The changes of T lymphocyte subsets in mice were detected by indirect immunofluorescence to observe the effect of immune function enhancer on immune function in mice. The results showed that there were significant differences in Thy1 (total T), L_3T_4 / LYT_2 (Th / Ts) ratio and L_3T_4 (Th) between immunosuppression plus immune function enhancer irradiation group and G_3 immunosuppression group (P <0.01). The irradiated thymus and spleen of mice were significantly higher than those of pure immunosuppressive group. While the immune function of normal mice had no significant effect. Description of immune function enhancer can improve the immunosuppressive immune function, may be applied to clinical.
