目的:探讨MDM2、p53蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(proliferaingcellnuclearantigen,PCNA)在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测MDM2、p53蛋白及PCNA在76例正常宫颈上皮、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervicalintra-epithelialneoplasm,CIN)、宫颈鳞状细胞癌(squamous-cellcarcinoma,SCC)组织中的表达。结果:1.随着宫颈病变加重,MDM2、p53、PCNA表达率均逐渐增高,三者在正常宫颈、CIN以及SCC组织中的表达率分别为:MDM2的表达为0、13.64%、44.12%;p53的表达为5.00%、18.18%、47.06%;PCNA的表达为5.00%、59.09%、85.29%。MDM2、p53在浸润癌组较CIN及正常宫颈组明显增高。2.MDM2、p53与PCNA的表达相关。3.MDM2的表达与p53的聚积在统计学上未显示出相关性。结论:1.MDM2、p53的异常表达可能与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关。2.癌前病变及癌组织中细胞增殖活性明显增高。
Objective: To investigate the role of MDM2, p53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the development of cervical cancer. Methods: The expressions of MDM2, p53 protein and PCNA in 76 cases of normal cervical epithelium, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and squamous-cell carcinoma (SCC) tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method expression. Results: 1. The expression rates of MDM2, p53 and PCNA were gradually increased with the increase of cervical lesions. The expression rates of MDM2, CIN and SCC were 0, 13.64% and 44.12% respectively. The expression of p53 was 5.00%, 18.18%, 47.06%. The expression of PCNA was 5.00%, 59.09%, 85.29%. MDM2, p53 in invasive cancer group than CIN and normal cervical group was significantly higher. 2. MDM2, p53 and PCNA expression related. 3. MDM2 expression and p53 accumulation did not show any statistical correlation. Conclusion: 1. The abnormal expression of MDM2 and p53 may be related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. 2. Precancerous lesions and cancer cell proliferation activity was significantly higher.
