众所周知,人体正常温度为37℃,通过新陈代谢而产生的热量,是通过呼出气体和体表蒸发汗液散热。在大脑体温中枢控制下,人体热的产生和散发总是处于平衡状态,以维持体温的恒定,保持人体内环境的稳定。 从物理学上讲,热的传递有3种形式,即辐射、对流和传导。在夏季,人们工作、生活在高温环境中,如太阳的辐射,建筑物玻璃幕墙的反光,灶具、车辆、各种动力机械(包括空调机)产热……夏天云层低沉,空气湿度大,风速小,地面散热困难等等。
