近几年,各级党组织在加强贫困村党的建设方面,从理论和实践上进行了积极探索,积累了一些经验。但经济发达村的党建工作如何抓,抓什么,则是一个尚需认真研究探讨的问题。解决好这个问题,对于进一步推动这些村的两个文明建设,使他们在加强农村基层组织建设中努力先行,充分发挥他们在社会主义新农村建设中的示范作用,以及在稳定整个农村局势方面的重要作用,无疑具有重要意义。为此,最近我们选了100个经济比较发达的村庄(这些村工农业总收入都在500万元以上,最高的达1.15亿元;人均收入千元以上),对其开展党建的情况进行了一次全面调查,形成了如下一些初步想法。
