血管内皮功能异常是动脉粥样硬化的早期变化。糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus,DM)血管病变是糖尿病慢性并发症的主要表现,是糖尿病患者致死的主要原因。异常升高的血糖可损伤血管内皮,加速动脉粥样硬化进程。本文的目的是用超声方法检测2型糖尿病(Non-insulin-dependent diabetesmellitus,NIDDM)和糖耐量异常(Impaired glucose tolerance,IGT)患者的血管内皮功能,预测2型糖尿病和糖耐量异常患者血管内皮舒张功能受损程度,指导临床积极治疗,预防并延缓糖尿病并发症的出现,提高患者的生活质量。
