随着城市化进程的加速发展,新生代外来务工人员成为当今社会不可忽视的重要群体。通过问卷调查发现,新生代外来务工人员在城市生活中缺乏职业保障、收入低、城市认同和自我价值感低,缺乏社会支持,成为生活在城市的边缘人,需要相应的政策支持,促进新生代外来务工人员融入城市,提升其生活品质,促进城市健康和谐发展。
With the accelerated development of urbanization, migrant workers in the new generation have become an important group that can not be ignored in today’s society.
