乌贼,俗称墨鱼。过度捕捞使乌贼资源遭到破坏,产量急剧下降。采用人工养殖促使乌贼资源迅速恢复,成为迫在眉睫的课题。2004年初,在宁波市海洋与渔业局的支持下,宁波大学生命科学与生物工程学院的专家承担了曼氏无针乌贼人工繁殖与养殖试验研究课题。通过各种途径捕获乌贼亲体38只,人工催产获乌贼卵1.1万粒,经2个月精心培养,在奉化泰欣育苗厂育出乌贼苗7300只,继而分别在奉化、宁海、象山、鄞州等
Squid, commonly known as cuttlefish. Overexploitation has caused the destruction of squid resources and sharp declines in output. Using artificial breeding to promote the rapid recovery of squid resources, has become an urgent issue. In early 2004, with the support of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Oceanology and Fisheries, experts in the College of Life Science and Biological Engineering of Ningbo University undertook the experimental research on Artificial Breeding and Breeding of Needle-cut Squid. Thirty-eight squids were captured by various means and 11,000 squid eggs were artificially induced. After 2 months of careful cultivation, 7 300 squid plants were raised in Fenghua Taixin Seedling Rearing Factory, and were respectively sown in Fenghua, Ninghai, Xiangshan, Yinzhou, etc.
