以胜利油田孤岛蜡油掺回炼油为原料油 ,RHZ 2 0 0与RHZ 30 0混合剂为催化剂 ,在XTL 3型高低并列式提升管催化裂化装置上考察了反应温度、剂油比、停留时间和催化剂活性等操作条件对产品分布的影响。试验结果表明 ,缩短油气停留时间 ,可降低单位催化剂上的焦炭含量 ,提高催化剂的活性和选择性 ,改善产品分布 ;改变操作条件 ,可得到不同的产品分布。在转化率相同的条件下 ,缩短停留时间所得到的产品中汽油产率和选择性比停留时间长时略有提高
