随着新课改在全国范围内的广泛实施,当前的学校在教育上已经不仅仅是文化课教育,更多的是趋向于素质教育。并且由于社会也在发生着深刻的变化,对于学校的教育尤其是斑主任的管理上提出了更高的要求。班主任作为学生和学校以及家长之间进行沟通的媒介,对于学生的全面发展有着重要的意义,一个班主任在班级上要做好管理工作,带领中学生健康发展。本文针对当前农村学校班主任工作面临的问题进行研究,并提出相应的解决方法。 With the extensive implementation of the New Curriculum Reform across the country, the current schools are not just education in culture but more in quality education. And because of the profound changes that are taking place in society, higher demands are placed on the education of the school, especially the management of the spot chief. As a medium of communication between students and schools and their parents, the class teacher is of great significance to the all-round development of students. A class teacher should do a good job in class management and lead healthy development of middle school students. In this paper, the current problems facing the class teacher in rural schools are studied and the corresponding solutions are proposed.
