讲授法作为法学教育中最为常见的教学方法,在证券法教学中也具有非常重要的地位。文章从证券法课程的特点、教师能力的限制、学习者的知识储备状况,论证了讲授法作为证券法首选教学方式的必要性,并主张在证券法的讲授式教学中充分发挥教师的作用,做好课程规划,提高讲课的效率性,并积极运用PPT、慕课与微课、微信等平台等积极发挥多媒体教学的作用,将其作为讲授式教学的重要辅助手段,同时应该合理布置作业,做好考试设计以保证课程讲授的效果。
