实验用狗双侧腹壁下动脉对31只狗自体阴茎血管施行了3种共62个吻合口;术后远期用脉冲超声波多普勒探测吻合口切面图形;再用微机图像扫描仪自动测量切面图形面积;最后计算出吻合口血流量.菱形吻合口面积为3.17±0.16mm~2,血流量为8.71±0.73ml/min;平行侧侧吻合口面积为2.69±0.53mm~2,血流量为7.18±0.47ml/min;端侧吻合口面积为2.93±0.50mm~2、血流量为5.97±0.69ml/min;菱形吻合口面积和血流量最大;平行侧侧吻合口面积小于端侧吻合口而血流量居中;端侧吻合口面积大于侧侧吻合口而血流量却最低.结合血液流变学原理提示在施行阴茎再血管化吻合口选择时,应放弃传统的端侧吻合口,首选菱形吻合口,避免作侧侧吻合.
