采用认知行为疗法、教育干预、家长咨询和药物治疗对注意力不集中小学儿童进行问题行为矫正的个案研究,旨在矫正其不良的行为习惯。对注意力不集中小学儿童采用认知—行为治疗对消除不良的认知有积极作用;采用故意干扰训练法和圈数字训练法对培养注意力有积极作用;应尽早进行矫正。同时,要选择适当的强化物以巩固儿童的适当行为,并且训练过程要坚持循序渐进的原则,使训练更有针对性,更人性化、具体化。
A case study of behavioral correction of distracted primary school children using cognitive behavioral therapies, educational interventions, parental counseling, and medical treatment aims to correct their poor behavioral habits. Cognitive-behavioral therapy has a positive effect on cognitive impairment in under-concentration primary school children; the use of intentional interference training and circle digital training have a positive effect on training attention; correction should be done as soon as possible. At the same time, we must select appropriate reinforcements to consolidate the appropriate behavior of children, and the training process should adhere to the principle of gradual and orderly, so that training more targeted, more humane, specific.
