不锈弹簧钢丝生产工序复杂,周期长,影响钢丝性能的因素很多。多年来的生产经验和试验研究认为,提高不锈弹簧丝性能的三大工艺环节是:①钢的化学成分和盘条表面;②钢丝的热处理工艺;③钢丝的冷拔工艺。通过几年来的生产和试验研究,基本掌握了高强度不锈弹簧钢丝性能变化规律。我厂在生产抗拉强度为150-200公斤/毫米~2的1Cr18Ni9Ti弹簧钢丝时,采用如下生产工艺:①钢的合碳量为0.08-0.11%,Ti/C应大于5.5;②钢锭表面经砂轮修磨,锻坯扒皮和精选盘条表面以及采用高表面质量钢丝生产方法;③钢丝直径≤φ9.0mm的半成品和成品前,在连续炉固溶处理;④钢丝冷
