目的建立抗菌消炎片的HPLC-DAD定性鉴别方法。方法采用高效液相色谱技术,通过与对照药材谱图相比较,进行色谱峰的归属,建立抗菌消炎片中大黄、黄芩、金银花和知母的液相鉴别方法。结果抗菌消炎片中存在与大黄、黄芩、金银花和知母对照药材相应的色谱峰,可以实现上述药材的定性鉴别。结论该方法环保、高效,重现性好,可用于抗菌消炎片的定性质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-DAD qualitative identification method of antibacterial anti-inflammatory tablets. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to identify the peaks of rhizoma coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, Honeysuckle and Anemarrhena asphodeloides by HPLC. Results Antibacterial anti-inflammatory tablets with rhubarb, Scutellaria, honeysuckle and Anemarrhena were the corresponding chromatographic peaks, which can achieve the qualitative identification of these herbs. Conclusion The method is environmentally friendly, efficient and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of antimicrobial anti-inflammatory tablets.
