患者男,2岁。因腹泄,便血15年,腹部包块1月而就诊。查体:营养差,心、肺听诊无异常,腹软,肝、脾肋下未触及。于左下腹可触及一7ｃｍ×4ｃｍ×4ｃｍ包块,质软,活动度大,无压痛。Ｂ超检查:于左下腹可探及一形态不规则无回声区,壁较厚,其内可见蠕动波,该无回声区可随腹压增大或缩小
Male patient, 2 years old. Due to diarrhea, blood in the stool 15 years, abdominal mass in January and treatment.
