工程机械产品的维护保养便利性不仅关乎用户的使用成本,也影响用户的购买决策,因此越来越受到关注。以某型装载机为例,详细介绍基于可维护性指数客观评价工程机械维护保养便利性的方法。实践表明,按照此方法对工程机械产品进行维护保养便利性评价,可以得出较为客观的评价结果。所述方法不仅能够为用户直接采用,而且可为工程设计人员改进设计提供参考。
Maintenance convenience of construction machinery products is not only related to the user’s cost of use, but also affect the user’s purchase decision-making, so more and more attention. Taking a type of loader as an example, this paper introduces in detail how to objectively evaluate the maintenance convenience of construction machinery based on the maintainability index.
