[目的]研究不同NaCl浓度对胀果甘草种子发芽、幼苗生长和抗氧化指标的影响。[方法]采用愈创木酚氧化法以及高锰酸钾滴定法分别对幼苗POD和CAT活性进行测定。[结果]当NaCl浓度小于200mmol/L时,种子发芽与幼苗生长正常;当NaCl浓度达到300mmol/L时,种子发芽和幼苗生长都受到抑制。植株内POD和CAT活性皆随NaCl浓度的升高呈上升趋势。[结论]胀果甘草种子和幼苗的耐盐范围为200~300mmol/L。胀果甘草较强的抗盐性可能与其在盐胁迫下保护酶活性的增强有关。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different NaCl concentrations on germination, seedling growth and antioxidation of Glycyrrhiza inflata. [Method] The activities of POD and CAT in seedlings were determined by using guaiacol oxidation method and potassium permanganate titration method respectively. [Result] When NaCl concentration was less than 200mmol / L, seed germination and seedling growth were normal. When NaCl concentration reached 300mmol / L, seed germination and seedling growth were inhibited. The activities of POD and CAT in plants both increased with the increase of NaCl concentration. [Conclusion] The tolerant salt range of Glycyrrhiza inflata seeds and seedlings is 200 ~ 300mmol / L. The strong salt-tolerance of Glycyrrhiza inflata may be related to the increase of the protective enzyme activity under salt stress.
