笔者对推行现代企业制度有以下认识: 一、现代企业制度与转换企业经营机制是深度和基础的相互关系。建立现代企业制度,是在理顺国家、企业、职工个人之间三者利益关系的基础上,达到与市场经济机制接轨,适应国内国际大市场大流通的要求。因此,既有转换企业经营机制的内涵,又有转换企业管理机制的实质,只有企业基本功力增强,内在因素良好,建立现代企业制度才能不打转机建制的“白条”。如果转换企业经营机制上不去,现代企业制度再好也没有基础。
The author has the following understanding of the implementation of the modern enterprise system: First, the modern enterprise system and the transformation of the company’s operating mechanism are the depth and the basic relationship. The establishment of a modern enterprise system is based on the rationalization of the relations between the interests of the state, the enterprise, and the individual employees, and it meets the requirements of the market economy mechanism and adapts to the large circulation of domestic and international markets. Therefore, both the connotation of the transformation of the operating mechanism of enterprises, but also the essence of the transformation of the enterprise management mechanism, only the basic skills of the enterprise to enhance, the internal factors are good, the establishment of a modern enterprise system can not change the “white”. If the business mechanism of converting enterprises does not go, there is no basis for a modern enterprise system.
