[本刊讯] 近年来,上海市建设规模保持较高水平,建设和管理任务十分繁重,社会和广大市民对建设工地文明施工的要求也日益提高。为了进一步加强本市建设工程文明施工管理,维护市容整洁,保护市民合法权益,上海市建设和管理委员会于2002年7月29日以沪建建[2002]515号文发出了关于进一步加强建设工程文明施工工作的通知。
