智能污水处理系统的建立是污水处理厂高效运行的保障,也是污水处理研究的一个重要课题。从污水处理的工艺流程出发,利用PLC与现场总线相结合建立具有现地和中控两种控制模式的自动化污水处理系统,重点探讨系统的硬件构成和软件编程的特点。采用PLC控制器为核心的自动污水处理系统,利用现场总线实现与中控室PC机实时通信的功能,提高污水处理的效率,促进污水处理系统智能控制、动态监控等多方面的全面发展。
The establishment of intelligent sewage treatment system is the guarantee of efficient operation of sewage treatment plants, sewage treatment research is an important issue. Proceeding from the process of sewage treatment, an automatic sewage treatment system with both local control and central control is established by combining PLC with fieldbus, focusing on the hardware configuration and software programming features of the system. Adopt PLC controller as the core of automatic sewage treatment system, realize the function of real-time communication with the PC in the control room by field bus, improve the efficiency of sewage treatment, and promote the comprehensive development of many aspects such as intelligent control and dynamic monitoring of sewage treatment system.
