为了完善我国北方高扬程小流量风力提水机系列,适应不同井深和提水量要求,对已使用过的风力提水机组的结构性能和主要参数进行比较分析。结合牧区多年来推广应用的实践,以新研发的FSH-400型高性能风力提水机为例,进行V-n特性、调速与调向、运行安全与大风自动保护等性能检测。试验表明,该型风力提水机组,风轮采用弧形可变扭角和流线形叶片,优化了风力机的整体性能,能量转换率高,与筒井(机井)匹配性好,造价低廉,无人值守、操作简单、使用可靠。除满足人畜饮水外,结合微滴灌技术,还可用于草场、饲料地灌溉及城乡道路景观绿化、苗木栽培等。
In order to improve the series of high-lift and small-flow wind-powered water-purifiers in northern China and to adapt to the requirements of different well depth and lift, the structural performance and main parameters of the used wind-power unit are compared and analyzed. Combining with the practice of pastoral popularization and application for many years, the newly developed FSH-400 high-performance wind-powered water-extraction machine is taken as an example to conduct performance tests such as V-n characteristics, speed regulation and direction adjustment, operation safety and gale automatic protection. The experiment shows that the wind turbine and wind turbine adopt arc-shaped variable angle and streamlined blades to optimize the overall performance of the wind turbine. In addition to meeting the human and animal drinking water, combined with micro-drip irrigation technology, can also be used for pasture, feed irrigation and urban and rural road landscape greening, nursery stock cultivation.
