1. Introduction In recent years, the development trend of the device is small and lightweight, so turbomachinery tends to be high-speed year by year. As the speed of the turbomachinery increases, the peripheral speed of the gears required for the speed reducer increases day by day, which causes various difficulties and problems. Compared with the parallel shaft gear, planetary gear reducer structure is more compact, relative speed smaller, because of these advantages, its turbomachinery applications have been developed. There are many examples of planetary gear applications in turbomachinery. As in the gas turbine, expansion turbine, steam turbine as the driving source of the generator planetary gear is used as a reducer, while the motor-driven compressor is used as a compressor
