文章运用用户体验量化相关理论,将用户体验量化与政府电子信息服务质量评价相结合,提出从公众体验量化角度评价政府电子信息服务质量的方法。通过对现有电子服务用户体验量化指标的分析,结合政府电子信息服务的特点,分析政府电子信息服务公众体验的层次,提出公众体验量化指标,在理论层面上构建政府电子信息服务公众体验量化概念模型,为下一步实证分析提供研究框架。
Based on the theory of quantitative user experience, the article combines user experience quantification with the evaluation of government electronic information service quality, and proposes a method to evaluate the government electronic information service quality from the perspective of public experience quantification. Based on the analysis of quantitative indicators of existing e-service user experience and the characteristics of government e-information service, this paper analyzes the level of public experience of government e-information service and puts forward the quantification index of public experience. On the theoretical level, it builds the concept of quantification of public experience of e- Model, provide the research framework for the next empirical analysis.
