Today, with the reduction of employed people in most industrialized countries, the United States has created 20 million job opportunities in the recent ten years, of which about two-thirds of women’s employment took place. The rise of the women’s employment force again is one of the reasons why the United States has recovered from the economic downturn more rapidly. American women have truly become an important force in the social economy after the 1920s. In the industrial revolution, the introduction of tens of thousands of young and knowledgeable women into the labor market gradually formed an important force. Since then, the peak of employment for women has been disrupted by the Great Depression.
