本文通过介绍档案数字化的必要性,结合事业单位的特点研究如今档案管理的方法和有可能遇到的挑战。由于档案的数字化会增强员工工作连贯性、提高员工的工作效率、提高事业单位的经济效益,所以事业单位的档案数字化具有一定的必要性。笔者从建立事业单位档案数字化管理体系、建立办公室工作衔接节点、加强档案数字化管理技术、培养高素质办公人员几个方面探讨数字时代事业单位管理的方法,并提出需要迎接档案检索的成功率问题、数字化设备不完备、数字化档案的安全性问题等一系列的挑战,希望通过此文能提高学者和管理者对档案数字化的重视和了解程度。
In this paper, we introduce the necessity of digitization of archives and study the current archives management methods and the possible challenges according to the characteristics of institutions. As the digitization of archives will enhance the continuity of staff work, improve staff efficiency and improve the economic efficiency of institutions, so the digital archives of institutions have certain necessity. The author discusses the management methods of public institutions in the digital age from several aspects, such as establishing the digitized management system of public institutions archives, establishing the connecting nodes of office work, strengthening the archives digital management technology and cultivating high-quality office workers, and puts forward the need of meeting the success rate of archives retrieval. Digital equipment is not complete, the security of digital files and a series of challenges, I hope this article can improve scholars and managers on digital archives emphasis and understanding.
