利用不同栽植代数杉木人工林根际土、非根际土及杉木各器官浸提液进行杉木种子发芽试验,研究杉木人工林自毒作用,研究结果表明:杉木林根际土及非根际土中均存在抑制杉木种子萌发的物质,随栽植代数增加抑制作用更趋明显;杉木各器官浸提液对杉木种子萌发也有抑制作用,其中以杉木叶的抑制作用最为明显,杉木林下常见植物对杉木种子发芽则表现为低促高抑效应,说明杉木人工林存在自毒作用,这可能是杉木连栽障碍的原因之一。
