目的:研究中药复方强骨抗萎方对尾吊大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:用大鼠尾吊-30°21d模拟失重,观察强骨抗萎方对大鼠血沉、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血液黏度及红细胞变形性、聚集性等指标的作用。结果:悬吊大鼠纤维蛋白原明显升高(P<0.01),全血还原黏度及全血黏度明显增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),红细胞刚性指数升高(P<0.01),最大变形指数降低(P<0.01),最大聚集指数增加(P<0.01)。该方不同剂量显示了不同的作用。低剂量组(10g/Kg)可降低各个切变率下的全血还原黏度和全血黏度(P<0.01或P<0.05),以及异常的红细胞刚性指数和最大聚集指数(P<0.01);中剂量组(20g/kg)可使纤维蛋白原含量减少(P<0.01);高剂量组(30g/Kg)可降低高切变率下的全血还原黏度和全血黏度(P<0.01或P<0.05),降低红细胞刚性指数(P<0.01),并可升高红细胞最大变形指数(P<0.01)。结论:该方具有改善尾吊大鼠血液流变学的作用,但无明显的量效关系。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Chinese Herbal Compound Qiangken Kangwei Recipe on hemorheology of tail-suspended rats. METHODS: Rats were used to simulate the weightlessness at -30°21d to observe the effects of Qiangken Kangwei Prescription on erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, fibrinogen, blood viscosity, red blood cell deformability, and aggregation. RESULTS: Fibrinogen was significantly elevated in suspension rats (P<0.01), reduced blood viscosity and whole blood viscosity of whole blood were significantly increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and RBC rigidity index was increased (P<0.01). The deformation index decreased (P<0.01), and the maximum aggregation index increased (P<0.01). Different doses on this side showed different effects. The low-dose group (10g/Kg) reduced the reduced viscosity and whole blood viscosity of whole blood (P<0.01 or P<0.05), abnormal erythrocyte rigidity index and maximum aggregation index (P<0.01). The medium dose group (20g/kg) can reduce the content of fibrinogen (P<0.01); the high dose group (30g/Kg) can reduce the whole blood reduction viscosity and whole blood viscosity under high shear rate (P<0.01 or P<0.05), decreased red blood cell rigidity index (P<0.01), and increased red blood cell maximum deformation index (P<0.01). Conclusion: This prescription has the effect of improving hemorheology in tail-suspended rats, but there is no obvious dose-effect relationship.
