本文选用３种叶绿素－胡萝卜素软膏作原料，采用液－液萃取方法，从有机相分离出针叶维生素原浓缩物产品；利用硫酸铜螯合的方法，从水相制取针叶叶绿素铜钠产品。研究表明，采用同一工艺操作，不同品种的叶绿素－胡萝卜素软膏原料制得的针叶维生素原浓缩物和针叶叶绿素铜钠产品，对产品得率影响不明显，但对产品质量影响很大。以马尾松针叶叶绿素－胡萝卜素软膏作原料，生产的针叶维生素原浓缩物和针叶叶绿素铜钠产品质量最好。
