汽车工程学会悬架专业学组第二届学术交流会于1983年9月20～26日在安庆市召开,来自11个省市的汽车制造厂、研究所、大专院校、部队、钢板弹簧厂、减震器厂的49个单位的74名代表出席了会议,会议由安庆汽车钢板弹簧厂主办。汽车工程学会悬架专业学组组长朱德照同志主持了本次会议,中共安庆地委和安庆地区负责同志在大会的开幕式上讲了话,朱德照同志作了两年来学组工作总结报告,并传达了第四届汽车工程学会会议精神。大会进行了悬架专业学组的第二次论文交流,会议共收到论文52篇(包括汽车振动、产品设计研究、生产工艺等方面内容),大会宣读了17篇论文,这些论文涉及了目前汽车悬架方
