The strategic position of scientific data in knowledge innovation has been recognized by more and more people. Originally, data was considered as a raw material for scientific research and later gradually realized that scientific data played an important supporting role in scientific research. Hey et al. [1], a former chief scientist of the UK’s E-Science program, put forward that data discovery has become the fourth scientific discovery mode following theoretical, experimental and computational simulation. Nature, [2] and Science [3] have organized special issues to discuss scientific data sharing, pointing out
