目的对九台市学校食堂量化分级管理效果进行分析,探讨学校食堂管理新模式。方法对全市学校食堂量化分级管理情况进行统计分析,以量化等级、管理频次进行分析。结果全市共有学校食堂24家,经过量化分级管理评定后,其中22家被评为A、B、C不同级别管理对象,2家被评为D级,列为取缔对象。结论经过量化分级管理模式,加大了卫生监督管理力度,有效保障了学校师生的饮食卫生安全。
Objective To analyze the effect of quantitative management of school cafeteria in Jiutai City, and to explore a new model of school cafeteria management. Methods The statistical analysis of the quantitative management of school canteens in the city was carried out, and the quantitative levels and management frequency were analyzed. Results There were 24 school canteens in total in the city, of which 22 were rated as A, B, and C management objects at different levels and 2 were rated as D-level banned subjects after the quantitative and hierarchical management assessment. Conclusions After the quantitative and hierarchical management mode, health supervision and management has been stepped up to effectively protect the hygiene and safety of school teachers and students.
