自伤行为是一种有着极大危险性的问题行为,它会给自伤个体带来身体与心理的伤害,还会给家庭和社会增加沉重的负担。特别是对于聋哑中学生,听不见外面世界的声音,自身生理状况、家庭教育方式不当,使得他们在交流上存在一定的困难。聋哑中学生虽然有自己的表达方式,但由于对来身边的事缺乏认知能力和相应的应变能力,而且手语的表达方式很多正常人不懂,使其与正常人交流和沟通非常困难。在别人不能理解他们想法的情况下,会加大其压力使其以伤害自己这种极端被动的行为来表达对外界的抗议,这会提升聋哑中学生产生漠视生命的态度和自伤行为的概率。
