目的 :通过对急性脑梗死患者溶栓过程中相关节点分析,优化脑梗死患者溶栓护理过程。方法 :通过制定溶栓确认表,追踪分析延误原因,制定干预措施,优化急诊溶栓护理流程,将优化后的流程实施前后相关时间节点进行效果评价。结果 :优化后的流程运用之后,每个时间节点均有一定程度的缩短,医护人员的满意度均有提高,差异具有统计学意义。结论:优化的急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓护理流程可以一定程度上缩短相关节点时间,因此该流程值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To optimize the thrombolytic nursing process in patients with acute cerebral infarction by analyzing the relevant nodes during thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The thrombolytic confirmation table was established, the causes of delay were tracked, the interventions were formulated, the emergency thrombolytic nursing process was optimized, and the relevant time nodes were evaluated before and after the optimized process was implemented. Results: After the optimization process was applied, the nodes at each time point were shortened to a certain extent, and the satisfaction of medical staff were all improved with statistically significant differences. CONCLUSION: The optimized intravenous thrombolytic nursing procedure in patients with acute cerebral infarction can shorten the related node time to some extent, so this procedure deserves clinical application.
