欣赏是中小学音乐教育中不可缺少的一个重要的组成部分,按《大纲》的要求,音乐教学的任务不仅要培养学生热爱祖国的音乐艺术,了解民族民间音乐,还要了解和接触外国的优秀作品……,要完成这一任务,光凭歌唱教学是远远不够的。因此,我国目前的教材都有组织、有计划地向学生广泛的介绍了古今中外优秀的经典作品,其目的就是通过对这些优秀作品的聆听,提高学生感受、理解音乐的能力,从而达到扩大其音乐视野、发展想象力、提高审美情趣、培养高尚情操等目的。
