提升企业竞争力的关键在于促进技术创新,技术创新效率的提高关于在于公司治理。本文从企业技术创新的要素和条件角度,详细分析了公司治理同企业技术创新之间的关系,这种关系主要体现在公司治理对企业技术创新在制度基础、动力机制和资源投入方面的作用。在此基础上从股权结构、董事会治理和经营者激励三个方面具体分析公司治理对企业技术创新的影响,探讨从完善公司治理的角度提升企业技术创新能力的路径。
The key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises lies in promoting technological innovation. The improvement of technological innovation depends on corporate governance. This article analyzes in detail the relationship between corporate governance and technological innovation in enterprises from the perspectives of the elements and conditions of technological innovation of enterprises. This relationship is mainly reflected in the role of corporate governance in the institutional basis, motivation mechanism and resource input of technological innovation in enterprises. On this basis, it analyzes the influence of corporate governance on technological innovation from three aspects: ownership structure, governance of the board of directors and manager incentives, and explores ways to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises from the perspective of perfecting corporate governance.
