目的观察MEAW技术应用于直丝弓矫治器对骨性Ⅲ类错患者的临床疗效。方法选取9例骨性Ⅲ类错患者,应用直丝弓矫治器配合MEAW技术进行矫治,测量矫治前后的X线头颅侧位片,并进行比较分析。结果经MEAW技术矫治5~10个月后,上颌切牙和第一磨牙明显向近中移动(U1-FHV和U6-FHV分别平均增加2.9 mm和2.8 mm),下颌切牙和第一磨牙分别远中移动1.1 mm和3.2 mm(P<0.05),覆盖由矫治前的-1.2 mm增加到2.7 mm,两者具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05),前牙覆盖和后牙远中关系得到了良好的改善。APDI平均减小了3.1°(P<0.05)。平面(OP/MP)平均增加了3.3°(P<0.01)。结论MEAW技术结合直丝弓矫治技术,治疗轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错可有效的远中竖直下颌后牙,改变平面,增加前牙覆盖,达到非手术治疗的良好临床效果。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEAW technique in the treatment of skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion with straight wire appliance. Methods Nine patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were selected. The patients were treated with straight wire appliance and MEAW technique. The X - ray cephalograms before and after treatment were measured and compared. Results After 5 to 10 months of MEAW correction, the maxillary and first molars moved significantly closer to the middle (U1-FHV and U6-FHV increased by 2.9 mm and 2.8 mm, respectively). The mandibular and first molars were far (P <0.05), and the coverage increased from -1.2 mm to 2.7 mm before treatment (P <0.05). The relationship between anterior teeth coverage and posterior teeth was obtained Good improvement. APDI decreased on average by 3.1 ° (P <0.05). plane (OP / MP) increased by an average of 3.3 ° (P <0.01). Conclusions MEAW technique combined with straight wire arch correction technique can effectively treat moderate and severe skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion and improve the clinical effect of non-surgical treatment.
