藏族文化历史优秀,曾对做人的十大原则作出了规定,即公正、孝敬、和蔼、温顺、怜悯、不怒、报恩、知耻、谨慎、奋进。从中可以发现,藏族文化对自我力量的渺小进行了强调,这说明藏族大学生在自我价值感与其他民族存在差异。很多藏族大学生来自于经济欠发达的农牧区,相较于内地大学生,他们的文化基础相对薄弱,在思想意识与自我管理方面也显得相对封闭与保守,因此在藏族大学生自我管理创新中,必须针对这一特征展开研究与分析。
