The Second Board of China Society of Instrumentation and Instrumentation Materials and the third editorial board of “Instrumentation and Materials” were jointly held in Huangshan, Anhui Province on May 5 to 10, 1990. A total of 55 members and editorial board members attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Professor Wang Run, chairman of the first session of the council and director of the second editorial board.
