随着电子计算机在军事领域里的广泛应用,研制满足军用要求的高可靠性和环境适应性的计算机外设——军用绘图机是十分重要的。目前大多采用民用型机进行外加固,X型绘图机就是其中之一。为了改进其外加固性能并为全加固提供理论依据。本文对该机结构进行了动力分析和实验研究,在此基础上对该机加固的关键部件——笔架梁的结构、材料等进行了深入研究,获得了具有实际工程意义的结论。一、X型绘图机的结构动力分析 1.建立动力学模型 1)组成 X型机主要由外箱体(开窗式的铝板焊接六面体结构,壁厚为5.9mm)、图板、支承导轨、笔架梁以及伺服电机组成(见图1、图2)。
