Pancreatic cancer skin metastasis is very rare, this article reports a case of pancreatic cancer after surgery to the peritoneal drainage tube around the skin. 1 Clinical data Patients, male, 66 years old, mainly due to “nausea and vomiting with abdominal fullness for 4 weeks” treatment, with chronic incomplete intestinal obstruction in March 2004 17
