应用红宝石激光封闭渗漏点和散焦弱激光照射新生血管膜法,对24例28只眼黄斑部病变进行治疗,其中男16例,女8例,年龄24～6?岁.随诊1～24个月.结果表明,眼底病变明显好转;神经上皮下积液消退,渗出吸收,病程明显缩短;视力提高3行以上者7例7只眼,10行以上者1例1只眼;病变区未见明显并发症.短期临床效果提示,红宝石激光治疗黄斑部病变的效果显著.
Application of ruby laser sealing leak point and defocused weak laser irradiation neovascular membrane method, 24 cases of macular lesions in 28 eyes were treated, including 16 males and 8 females, aged 24 to 6 years old. Follow-up 1 ~ 24 months. The results showed that the fundus lesions improved significantly; subepithelial fluid subsided exudate absorption, the course was significantly shortened; visual acuity increased more than 3 lines in 7 cases 7 eyes, 10 lines in more than 1 case 1 eye; lesions There was no obvious complication in the region.The short-term clinical results suggested that the effect of ruby laser on macular degeneration was significant.
