成熟健全的德国职业教育法律体系,是德国职业教育飞速发展、成绩斐然的根本保障。与经济社会发展同步延伸的立法进程、不断匹配完善的职业教育法律体系等作为德国职业教育法制化建设的特点与成效,对我国在“十二五”时期内,通过加快职业教育法制化建设、完善职业教育法律体系来保障引领职业教育内涵式发展,并最终实现现代职业教育体系具有一定的启示和借鉴作用。
