在国内对于成人心脏测量方面的研究,有汪、谢二教授所发表的有关成人心脏测量方法及正常之标准数,有关正常之主动脉横径测量方面有邱、陈、黎三氏之报告,对于病理性心脏测量尚缺少报告,为了提高对这方面的研究,特将本院最近所观察到的高血压心脏测量材料加以初步分析。病例的选择:本文材料是根据我院最近高血压专科就诊患者加以选择,共收集了236例,其中男性131例占77％,女性55例占23％。在选择过程中皆经过临床严格检查,有一定的症状,经几次测量血压高于正常者才确定为高血压。高血压标准是根
