随着我国城镇化、工业化进程的推进,农民工离职行为越来越明显。本文通过对温州市1509位农村流动人口的调查,实证研究农民工离职行为及其影响因素,并对不同年龄代别进行比较。得出家庭健康因素、工作因素、生活条件因素、企业因素、工作地因素、报酬因素是影响农民工离职的主要因素,并对这六因素对不同年龄代别离职行为产生影响进行比较,结果表明生活条件因素、工作地因素影响差异性不显著,其他因素对于不同年龄代别的农民工存在显著性差异。同时研究个体变量对离职行为产生影响,其中性别变量影响差异性不显著,其他变量对于不同年龄代别的农民工存在显著性差异。
With the progress of urbanization and industrialization in our country, the migrant workers’ leaving behaviors are becoming more and more obvious. Based on the survey of 1509 rural migrants in Wenzhou City, this paper empirically studies the turnover behavior of migrant workers and its influential factors, and compares the different age groups. Draw the conclusion that family health factor, work factor, living condition factor, enterprise factor, work factor and remuneration factor are the main factors that affect the separation of migrant workers, and compare the impact of these six factors on turnover behavior of different age groups. The difference of living condition factors and working place factors is not significant, and other factors have significant differences for migrant workers of different age groups. At the same time, it is also found that the individual variables have an impact on the turnover behavior, among which the gender variables have no significant difference. The other variables have significant differences for migrant workers of different age groups.
